Software that fits your business, not the other way around

Most companies spend years adapting their processes to software built for someone else. We build platforms, operational tools, and AI workflows around the way your business actually works, delivered to a fixed scope, fully owned by you, and live in weeks.

Why build

The case for <custom>

Full ownership, fixed pricing, and real industry experience. None of the usual build-project risk.

100% IP
Ownership

No licences. No lock-in. The platform is yours.

Live in weeks, not months

Move faster than hiring or building internally.

Built by operators, not theorists

Eight years of automotive, mobility, and SaaS experience.

Fixed scope. Fixed cost.

No surprises. No runaway development budgets.

When bespoke becomes the smarter business decision

When existing tools create friction, manual work, or commercial limitations, building your own platform often becomes the most efficient option.

Tailored customer platforms

When the product and the platform are the same thing If your customer experience depends on software that doesn't exist off the shelf - subscription flows, policy management, booking journeys, portals - we build it around how your customers actually move through it.

Operations and fleet tools

Tooling that fits your operations, not the other way around When your team is adapting their workflow to fit the software, the software is wrong. We build operations dashboards, telematics portals, fleet systems, and data tooling around how you actually work.

Automation and AI builds

When the workflow spans systems and nothing closes the gap When the workflow crosses multiple systems and off-the-shelf automation drops it partway through, we build the layer that closes it. Properly, not with duct tape.

Own the platform, not the subscription

Fixed-scope delivery, transparent pricing, and full ownership from day one.

Fixed Build Fee

Scope agreed in writing before development starts. Change orders confirmed before any extra work begins.

Flat Monthly Retainer

A single monthly fee after launch covers hosting, maintenance, security, and iteration. No variable billing.

Full IP transfer

The platform is yours on completion. No licensing, no lock-in. Take it in-house whenever you are ready.

No Lock-In

Full documentation, clean handover, training on go-live. Running it internally is a real option from day one.

Built like a product, delivered like a project

Scope it

Requirements, integrations, and constraints mapped before development begins. What is not in scope will not appear on an invoice.

Architect it

UX flows, data models, and architecture confirmed before a line is written. Decisions at the start, not corrections mid-build.

Build it

Iterative delivery with working software at every milestone. You see the product throughout, not for the first time on go-live.

Hand it over

Full documentation and training on launch. A flat retainer keeps it running after, or we hand it over properly, whichever suits.

Three ways to work

Some clients arrive with a defined requirement. Others need to work out what they are building first. We accommodate both.

Discovery and scoping

You know something needs building. You're not yet sure what scope, cost, or timeline looks like. We work through it and give you a fixed-fee proposal you can take to a real decision.

Expertise

Industries where generic software gets expensive

When operational complexity is high, adapting your business to standard software usually costs more than building the right solution.

Automotive and mobility

Subscription platforms, telematics portals, fleet management, and dealer onboarding for an industry that generic software consistently gets wrong. We know the sector. We don't charge you to learn it.

SaaS and platform businesses

Your engineers should be building your core product, not internal tooling and bespoke integrations. We take that work off their roadmap and build it cleanly alongside your stack.

Subscription and rental operators

When your billing logic or booking model doesn't map to existing software, the gap fills with manual process. We know where the standard tools run out and we build past them.

Founders and scaling teams

The workarounds that got you here won't get you to the next stage. We build the operational platform your business needs to scale, without standing up an internal engineering team.

FAQ

Direct answers to the questions that matter before you commit to a build.

Is bespoke the right call?

We will tell you if it is not. If an existing platform handles the requirement cleanly, we will point you at it. Bespoke makes sense when the requirement is genuinely specific, the workaround cost has exceeded the build cost, or owning the platform outright matters commercially.

What does fixed-fee mean?

The scope is agreed in writing before development starts. That scope is what the fee covers. If requirements change mid-build, we agree a change order before any additional work begins. You will never receive a bill that surprises you.

Who owns the code?

You do, unconditionally, on final payment. No licensing, no lock-in. If you want to take it in-house, we plan for that from day one with full documentation, clean code, and a proper handover.

How fast can you deliver?

Focused, well-scoped builds run four to six weeks. Larger platforms are phased with agreed milestones throughout. Timeline is a function of scope, which is why we fix it before anything starts.

Do you integrate with our stack?

Yes. Integration mapping is part of the scoping process. We identify every connection point upfront, from CRM and ERP to payment providers and third-party APIs. We build around your stack, not ours.

Have a requirement that doesn't fit existing software?

We will tell you if bespoke is the right answer, what it would cost, and how quickly it could be delivered. No obligation. No sales pressure.
